FLOW + SWEAT
Expect to sweat in this 75 minute vinyasa flow. Students should be very familiar with the basics of Yoga Flow as this class with challenge your balance and stamina.

I have been taking part in Natalie's wonderful classes for over a year now. Whether in-person or online, these have become an important part of my weekly routine.
