REIKI SESSION

Reiki is an energy healing modality in which I channel Love of the Divine toward you. All you have to 'do' is relax and recieve dedicated love. I offer distance and in-person sessions. Email me to learn more.

BOOK CLUB

Yoga is inclusive: all bodies, all backgrounds, all races, all gender identities, all ages, all socioeconomic statuses. Yoga occurs on and off the mat. This is why I have committed to a book club as a part of my yogic journey. This particular book club is dedicated to amplifying BIPOC voices; unlearning the systems of oppression; and learning the best ways to show up for ourselves and others. Email me to learn more.
