The Light, Love, and Divine in me sees and honors and the Light, Love, and Divine in You.
I have dedicated the past 4+ years to the study of Yoga, in its complete form. The practice, philosophy, and connection that is Yoga is constantly inspiring to me. I have witnessed, in myself and others, that this practice is transformational. Currently a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), I am honored to be sharing my passion for yoga with you! I lead Ashtanga and other vinyasa style classes as well as slower, fascial-based yin classes.
During my teaching, students will find that I endeavor to incorporate all 8 limbs of Yoga: Ethical Principles, Personal Observances, Movement, Breathwork, Sense Withdrawal, Concentration, Meditation, and Ultimate Bliss. I recognize this to be a holistic practice, steeped in historical context and philosophy. I am called to cultivate unity, connection, and support in this practice.
